Micro-greens may be small, but they’ve become a huge trend in kitchens both commercial and in the home. These greens, herbs and lettuces that are harvested at a very young age, and will add a nutritious flair to any meal.
You will take away a punnet of microgreens sown ready to grow at home, two packs of seeds and a jar of sprouts.
What to Bring
- Wide neck 1 pint ‘Kerri’ jar (or equivalent)
- Square of muslin, and strong elastic band
- $5 cash to cover costs of all other materials that will be provided in the workshop
- If you would prefer, you can bring $18 cash to cover all material costs and it will all be provided at the workshop
